How to get rid of red acne with no head fast!!!!?

im soooo anoyed everyday i wake up theres a new HUGE red headless pimple on the side of my nose making my nose completly out of proportion.. i can stand it my nose is always really red i need to get rid of it as fast as possible because i hate it .. i always use sudecream but it dosent work! help help!! my nose is gigantic
