How do I contact foreign customs brazil?

I shipped a package to Sao Paulo Brazil with USPS and it says that on Feb 10th it arrived "Into Foreign Customs" ... It has been there one week now! How do I contact foreign customs there to get an update? I can't find a website or number anywhere and it is really important the package arrives soon.
