Is it reasonable that certain MSM are not reporting on Van Jones?

CNN, ABC, NBC and NY Times as well as other major papers have not reported on this story tho the white house has commented and Jones has issued an apology. I don't know how to make a link but it is in the left column of Drudge and the story is in the Washington Post.
