Urgent Ammonia rising high?

i bought anti ammonia rock 4 days ago along with a small filter to put a small pouch of ammonia rock in it . Then i went to my hometown came back (today) and test the water its ard 2 ppm - 3ppm? i dont knw its kinda high but my platy and swordtail looks fine . Should i change the rock ? I went to my LFS they only have the type that u put in the filter.
