What are some really awesome bands?

I like , death metal, metal, alternative, punk, and thrash bands. Not too death or too metal, unless its like Born of Osiris. (Bands I already Like): Alesana, Underoath, All That remains, Aiden, In Flames, AC/DC, Blind Guardian, Hellogoodbye, metro station, and Madina Lake. any suggestions or reccommendations that narrow down some more bands would be greatly appreciated.
