What happens if armed police shout at a deaf railway penger to stop?
suppose that unfortunate penger who was suspected of being something other than an innocent rail penger at Bournemouth station, had been deaf. Would he have been shot then for not obeying instructions to get down on the floor? Is there a contingency for this sort of thing?
