I use to bite my nails but now i dont but they r not growing how do i make them grow faster?

There are certain types of nail polish that you can use when you want your nails to grow faster. I would suggest that you use some of that about once every two weeks, or however long it says is recommended. Also, it's really easy for these nails to break, so you might want to try some hardening polish. It increases strength. Good luck!
