Diet and binge eating..please..please help!?

first thing in the morning - watch a youtube clip about fitness or read a section of a nutrition book. This might kinda sound dumb or pointless, but it sets your mind in the right direction in the mornings so that you don't feel like it's "ok" to binge. Leave the house as often as possible or don't stock up on food in the house, chew gum and drink lots of water, listen to music to distract yourself of food, etc, whatever helps.
