How can i stop loving my bf?plz help?

I love someone we knew each other in chat and we were together for 5 years ,we thought about meeting but my parents ask me to leave him because it is imaginary story and we don't suit each other at alla we are from different countries with no relationship between them ,but iam student and study abroad.so what can i doo i can't see what's life without him i tried to break up before months and i was more like dead human with many problems i was crying all the time felt there is a space in my life i feel like iam making stupid thing but how can i stop and i really love him
