I think im having self-esteem problems?

So i Just feel so average. nothing bad is happening nothing really good. im 5'3 (average height in my cl) im 14... annoying age... i have average brown hair and eyes. tanish skin i guess... i have tinny . all the other girls are really tall and pretty and have pretty eyes and hair and skin.. or really short and cute. like 4'10 and just adorable. i just feel. average. how to i raise my self esteem.
