Fuel prices?

Why & who stopped auditors from doing "face-to-face" on site record reviews of oil company records? I believe that who ever made this order has both hands in the oil companies pockets. Put the aduitors back "face -to-face" with oil the companies and watch the price of gas go down and quarterly earning reports drop.
