How do I start running (for exercise)?

well to start you may be better of going for some long, hard walks to get your body into the swong of regular exercise. Then up the tempo and begin with short runs, so you don't go overboard, as your fitness increases you can lengthen your runs. start slow and build up :) or go 2 the gym and use the bike and treadmill
