What are the most contentious archaeological/paleontogical finds with regard to the Out of Africa model?

The one that comes to mind is floresiensis. It shows that a small bodied (probably) hominid moved out of Africa probably 2 million years ago. I would guess if that theory is true that it is descended from the H. georgicus which may be related to H. habilis. If it is turns out that these hominids lived in Asia, it is quite plausible that they evolved in both Asia and Africa. I think the DNA evidence points to our ancestors of a hundred thousand years ago moving out of Africa but it isn't clear about our ancestors 200,000 to a couple million years ago.
