What is this movie called?

ok it's about this girl who is moving and her dad takes a detour and they go into this deserted town an the parents start eating and turn into pigs she continues on and meets all of these ppl and this boy and all of their names are this one lady's property and they all forget their names, and the lady is a evil twin or something... i remember it bein a good japanese (chinese?) movie so i'd like what it was called plz!
